Connecting Through Listening

Interpersonal skills training for leaders and professionals

Listening is the most fundamental interpersonal skill - and for many of us, it’s also the most challenging. How we listen has a major impact on our ability to build successful, meaningful working relationships.

Although well-intended, most active listening techniques lack authenticity - and can even come across as patronizing. Participants will learn to approach listening differently and develop highly personalized techniques to consistently create safe, inclusive work environments.
