Matt is an experienced engineer with a passion for helping professionals of all levels to unlock their own unique communication potential.
After completing a Master's degree in welding engineering, Matt started his career in the Canadian manufacturing and energy sectors. As president of MattCo Engineering Solutions, he provides project services to the energy, fabrication, and construction industries. He is an Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Chemical and Materials Engineering Department at the University of Alberta and Chair of the Alberta Welder Optimization Committee.
