Adam believes that the mind should be trained just like a muscle - and that understanding how the mind works is the key to high performance.
After graduating with a double Master’s in International Business and Marketing, Adam worked for the IXL Center, an innovation consulting firm based in Boston. He led both the IXL Innovation Olympics, the largest innovation consulting competition in the world, and the LISC Digital Growth Accelerator, which matched minority business owners with MBA consulting teams seeking real-world experience. Adam leads the development of the Interpersonal Intelligence Institute Academic Programs and is a faculty member at Hult International Business School.
